POLAND:
By default, the shipping is done through InPost service, so items can either be shipped to you directly, or can be placed inside a Paczkomat machine. By default, we will ship orders out to you directly. If you prefer us to send the order to a Paczkomat, provide any necessary information (like the machine ID) within the order or contact us right after making the order.
EUROPEAN UNION:
Orders are shipped out using Polish National Postal Service (Poczta Polska).
OTHER EUROPE:
Orders are shipped out using Polish National Postal Service (Poczta Polska).
REST OF THE WORLD:
Orders are shipped out using Polish National Postal Service (Poczta Polska).
Return Policy
Before shipping out any orders, we make sure they are 100% complete and all of the items are in perfect conditions. We package everything in a way that ensures your delivery will come intact.
In case that any items you ordered are damaged in the shipping process, please let us know. We will try to resolve the issue and make sure you get a new item in perfect condition.
